Why exercising outside is best!
Research shows that exercising outdoors is far better for the body and mind than pounding the treadmill and throwing weights around inside a stuffy, synthetic environment; and those people who burn calories by working out in the open air feel much happier than those sweathing it out in the gym. The same research also indicates that outdoor exercisers have more energy and find it easier to concentrate at work; the theory is that being surrounded by nature encourages the mind to relax and allows you to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
