Outdoor Fitness Australia (OFA) operates in parks in Brisbane. We offer a fun and affordable way to get fit, lose weight and stay in shape.
Our group classes run for about an hour and each session incorporates a full body work out for peak conditioning. Exercises target abs, arms, legs, shoulders, butts and thighs through a range of running activities including sprints, team relays, hill runs and longer distance to improve cardio vascular endurance; strength exercises and boxing routines. No session is the same; so whether you're after weight loss, toning or increased fitness, the sessions will help you achieve your goals.
Sessions are conducted by qualified fitness professionals who will motivate and encourage you. OFA caters for all fitness levels and ages from those just starting to exercise and learn about fitness to the very fit. We have three levels of fitness in each class:
Golds - less intense exercises for lower fitness abilities
Greens - intermediate level for those who have a solid level of fitness
Blacks - intense exercise for fit people who want to get pushed to the max
Our goal is to progress people through the different levels so they are consistently working hard and to the best of their abilities.
