We'll come to you if you've got the space or we can arrange a designated place to meet such as a local park.
Choose the type of exercise from a hard core boxing routine to a resistance strength session or a cardio blowout and allow us to set everything up - all you have to do is turn up and have fun. The cost is from as little as $10 per person per session paid upfront. We advise running at least an 8 week program in order to achieve some good fitness results.
